PLANNING
An architectural plan is a type of plan for architecture to describe a place or object, or to communicate building or fabrication instructions. It can containing technical architectural drawings and documentation, and are drawn or printed on paper, but they can take the form of a digital file. Their purpose in these disciplines is to accurately and unambiguously capture all the geometric features of a site, building, product or component. Plans can also be for presentation or orientation purposes, and as such are often less detailed versions of the former. The end goal of plans is either to portray an existing place or object, or to convey enough information to allow a builder or manufacturer to realize a design.
TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
A service provided to assist a client with project planning, verification of existing conditions, code research, coordination with local building, zoning and planning agencies, and the development of permit plans for new or existing buildings. MARKETING DRAWINGS
Our drawings are an outstanding aid in marketing your property.
We provide information essential to either purchaser or tenant; in simple, easily read plans. Using tools such as color coding, we make office, warehouse, amenities and common areas instantly recognizable. Drawings are produced to scale on A3 paper, clearly showing main building dimensions, scale bar and north point.
We also include a summary of building areas, as well as roller door widths,
heights and minimum warehouse clearance information
on all industrial properties.
